  1. First knead a soft dough of all purpose flour by adding oil and water and keep aside.Next heat a pan for making fillings of momos add oil and add chopped ginger and garlic and saute for a minute.

  6. Next add 1 cup of water adjust water as per consistency you want for gravy and add chopped coriander leaves and garnish with fresh cream.
