  2. 200 gm Cauliflower
  3. 200 gm Paneer
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  5. 4 tbsp All purpose flour
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. For gravy:-------
  8. 3 table spoon Ghee
  9. 2 Onion chopped
  10. 1 Tomato chopped
  11. 6 Cashew nuts
  12. 3 Dry red Kashmiri red chilli
  13. 5 Garlic clove
  14. 1 Green Chilli
  15. 1/2 Inch ginger
  16. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  17. 1/4 inch Cinnamim stick
  18. 2 Green cardomon
  19. 6 Black pepper
  20. 1/4 teaspoon Javetri
  21. 1 pinch Sugar
  22. 2 drop Kewra essance
  23. 2 tablespoon Fresh cream
  24. 1/4 cup Milk
  25. to taste Salt
  26. Dry spices:------
  27. 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  28. 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen king masala
  29. 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  30. 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  31. 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder

  1. Boil cauliflower in water for 5 minute and darin it's water on kitchen towel. Grind it. Grind paneer also.
  2. Paneer and cauliflower put in a plate then add pepper powder, salt and maida to it and mix them all together to make a dough.
  3. Soak Cashew nuts and kashmir red chilli for 30 minutes then make smooth paste.
  4. Take a pan add ghee, add jeera, black pepper, dalchini, javitri, Elaichi to it, now add onions, green chilli,, ginger garlic cook it then tomatoes. Cool them and make a paste.
  5. Take pan. Pour oil in pan. Add grinded paste, cashews nut chilli paste, all pawder spices, sugar and salt in it. Mix it well then let it cool down.
  6. Take the paneer cauliflower daugh and roll it, then spread some prepared spice over it.
  7. Now roll it and then cut it a little bit thicker. Your cauliflower roll is ready.
  8. Then add 2cup water and salt. Cook it. Now add kasuri methi, kevra essence, fresh cream.
  9. Slowly add cauliflower roll in garvy and cook it for 5 min.
  10. Serve it hot with paratha, roti or rice.
